We have a large parking lot area on-site, 2 seperate bathrooms with vanities and showers, lounge area, heavy bag boxing area, full size heavy and free weight training room, cable cross over unit, 2 squat racks, leg machines, ALL COMMERCIAL GYM EQUIPMENT, H2 Band Resistance Wall, 4,000 square feet of matted floor space for a variety of SLAM WORKOUTS AND SESSIONS, and an additional separate 500 sq feet room designated for high speed agility/explosive training with plyo-boxs, performance monkey bars and a mass variety of UNIQUE fitness tools targeting optimal cross training exercises.
