DESCRIPTIONS
(GPT) - Small group personal training sessions in weight room
40min.and 20min.HIIT/Cardio box Training.
(APT) - Athletic Performance Training for student Athletes.
​ADVANCED APT IS offered to those that qualify.
Group classes are designed to target core, build lean muscle mass, gain strength, power, and improve all over body conditioning. Gain lower back strength while improve nner and outer thighs, gluteus, abdominals, hip flexors, and learn various stretching techniques to relieve muscle tension, and improve flexibility by increasing blood flow. ACE master standards of exercise.
